try a leave in conditioner like garnier or something, the smell is really good and it takes most of the smell out of my hair. you can always spray perfume on a brush or in the air and walk through it.

I hate to say this, but every time your doing this. Your damaging your hair slowly every time.

Make sure your heat settings are on low. And part sections of your hair and take little bits of hair and straighten.

i read in a magazine somewhere that when you straighten your hair youre supposed to use the lowest heat setting you can, so i say try that. then if it still smells burnt, just spray some body spray or perfume around, works for me.
